Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 22, 2026

Welcome to Inkwell Invitations. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inkwell Invitations website and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the website.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About Inkwell Invitations

Inkwell Invitations LLC (“Inkwell Invitations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company providing custom and curated stationery and invitation design services, as well as digital stationery products and related services.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without permission

  • Use our website or content to create competing materials or services without our written permission

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including logos, branding, photographs, illustrations, graphics, written content, stationery designs, templates, product images, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Inkwell Invitations LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or otherwise use our original content without our prior written permission.

4. Custom Design Services

Custom stationery projects are created based on information, preferences, and direction provided by the client.

Because custom stationery is personalized, the final design may differ from initial concepts, inspiration images, or verbal descriptions discussed during the design process.

Specific project terms—including pricing, payment schedules, revisions, timelines, deliverables, printing specifications, and cancellation or refund policies—may be provided in a separate proposal, invoice, contract, or client agreement.

Where a separate client agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the applicable project.

5. Proofs and Client Approval

For custom stationery projects, clients are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs and providing timely approval before printing.

Clients are responsible for identifying errors in names, dates, addresses, wording, spelling, punctuation, quantities, and other information provided by the client or appearing in an approved proof.

Once a design has been approved for printing, changes may result in additional design, printing, production, or shipping charges.

6. Printing, Color, and Materials

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent colors, paper, printing methods, and other physical characteristics through our website and digital proofs.

However, colors may appear differently depending on a device, monitor, screen settings, printer, lighting, and other factors.

Physical paper and printing materials may also have natural variations. These variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our website may change at any time without notice.

For custom projects, the price provided in an individual proposal or agreement will govern that project.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, and applicable taxes or shipping charges will be communicated before an order or project is finalized.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Digital Products and Templates

Digital products, including editable invitation templates, are provided for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, digital products may not be:

  • Resold

  • Redistributed

  • Shared with others

  • Reproduced for commercial purposes

  • Used to create competing templates or products

  • Represented as the purchaser's original work

Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases may be subject to the refund and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

9. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • Shipping costs will be included in your proposal.

  • Inkwell Invitations is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages once orders have been handed to the carrier.

10. Turnaround Time

  • Design and proofing typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on client’s responsiveness.

  • Printing and assembly take an additional 3–5 weeks once proofs are approved and the final balance is paid.

  • Shipping adds about 1 week.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Certain Inkwell Invitations products or services may be purchased, accessed, or fulfilled through third-party platforms, such as Etsy, payment processors, printing providers, or other service providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Inkwell Invitations is not responsible for the operation, policies, availability, or security of third-party platforms.

12. Photography and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Inkwell Invitations may photograph completed stationery projects and use photographs of our work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly display private personal information, such as a client's home address or other sensitive information.

If you have specific privacy concerns regarding the use of your stationery in our portfolio or marketing materials, please contact us before your project is completed.
