How to get started with your custom stationery
The first step is for me to get to know you and your style. You can fill out a contact form to start the conversation or a questionnaire if you’re ready to share more details about your vision and start working together. I typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Once I understand your needs, we can move on to your tailored pricing proposal.
1. Let’s get in touch
Next, I’ll send you a pricing proposal that outlines your chosen package and recaps our discussion. Once approved, a 50% deposit and signed contract will officially reserve your project. The contract simply ensures timely communication and proof approvals so we stay on track for your desired timeline.
2. Let’s make a plan
Now for the fun part! I’ll create your initial design—starting with your event’s invitation—and send you a proof for feedback. Once you approve the invitation, I’ll complete the rest of your package. You’ll have up to three rounds of revisions included, with the option for additional changes if needed (for a small fee).
3. Let’s design
After your final stamp-of-approval and payment of the remaining balance, your designs head to print! Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on order size, and includes printing and assembly. Please allow an additional week for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.
