Policies, Terms, and Conditions
At Inkwell Invitations, my goal is to make the stationery process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Please review the following policies so you know what to expect when working together.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all digital proofs before approval.
Please check names, dates, times, addresses, and spelling very closely.
Once final approval is given, Inkwell Invitations is not responsible for errors.
If reprints are needed due to an error approved by the client, additional costs may apply.
Errors & Proof Approval
Design and proofing typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on client’s responsiveness.
Printing and assembly take an additional 3–5 weeks once proofs are approved and the final balance is paid.
Shipping adds about 1 week.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.
Turnaround Time
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipping costs will be included in your proposal.
Inkwell Invitations is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages once orders have been handed to the carrier.

All designs remain the intellectual property of Inkwell Invitations LLC.
Designs are created exclusively for your use but may not be altered, reproduced, or resold.
Inkwell Invitations reserves the right to showcase designs in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials.
Artwork and Rights
As a Florida-based business, Inkwell Invitations is required to collect Florida state sales tax on applicable orders.
Sales tax will be applied to your invoice in accordance with state law.
